What are the ways you think the government can help the hotel industry revive?

I think that the government can provide compensation directly to customers who are visiting hotels, to encourage tourism and feature safe stay in hotels to help the travel and tour industry revive. Or provide a little relaxation on various bills, taxes, etc to help hoteliers cope with the current crisis situations.

What changes you think should remain in hospitality even after vaccination?

After vaccination, when things would partly be towards normalization. So, I think after covid the standards on safety and cleanliness would only rise. Some precautions that we should maintain even after that is the constant use of Mask, gloves, hygiene, and the cleanliness of the rooms.

How do you think technology can help us revive the profits in the hotel industry?

Technology can help us a great deal in increasing our visibility, navigate location, provide an insight of the facilities and services at a place. This helps visitors or travelers make better decisions for themselves. It would also help us advertise about the standards of safety being maintained at the property to ensure the customers. And as of the current scenario of a pandemic, the emerging trends of technology is the only option that can help us serve contactless.

Some special experience or facility offered at your place.

A special view is the breathtaking scenic beauty of the valley and nature from most of our rooms. The other thing is we have a concept of shared balconies. So if there is a party or function organized at the terrace, because it is common for those rooms all the people are involved in the enjoyment and recreation. It is good to see other times we try to get a common booking for those terrace rooms for any function or get together. Check out our comfortable rooms and tariffs

According to you is Covid19 a curse or a boon for hospitality?

It is completely up to us what we shall make out of an experience.

According to my, it's a boon cause I think due to this pandemic, we all got prepared for any upcoming more deadly pandemic in the future. We got used to following a precautionary lifestyle which otherwise wouldn't have been possible.

How different is the current picturization of hotels from prior to the pandemic? How good or bad is it according to you?

The current scenario of a hotel/resort is far more different than what we previously had. Due to this pandemic, we are running on far less staff than before. We had to terminate staff who had stayed with us for years to manage the costs. We are running contactless and low on occupancy for 8 months. It is sad according to me, especially for the hotel industry.
