CRM software is a tool which helps you manage all your interactions with customers. It acts as a database where all the necessary customer information gets stored along with the queries raised by that particular customer. It is an invaluable resource which you can use to learn more about your customer’s choices and preferences and how best to satisfy their needs.

Log into your MyTravaly account. You will be taken to your dashboard. On the left side, there will be a navigation bar. Click on CRM in the navbar. You will be directed to the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Software.

Upon receiving a new user enquiry, proceed to the CRM page in your MyTravaly account. Click on the New button at the top of the page and fill in all the necessary details. Once you are satisfied with all the information that you have filled, click on the save button at the bottom of the page. If you would like to refill all the details in the form, click on the reset button and all the input fields in the form will be restored. Once you have saved the enquiry form, you will be redirected to the CRM main page where you will be able to see the newly created user and the pending task.

Go to the main page of CRM where all the users have been listed. Click on the status of the task that you would like to edit. You will be directed to a page containing the task along with user details. You will be able to edit the details of the task here. Click on update after completing the editing and you will be redirected to a page containing all the pending tasks of that particular user. You will also get an option to see all the completed tasks of that user.

In the CRM dashboard, search for the user’s name (whose task details you would like to view) using the search bar given at the top right corner. Click on the task icon. You will be taken to a page where all the pending/ongoing task details are visible. Here, you will also see the options of editing/closing a task. Apart from that, there will be an option to view all the completed tasks of that user.

Search for the user’s name using the search bar given at the top right corner. If the user does not have any ongoing/pending tasks, you’ll see a ‘+’ button in the status column. Once you click on that, you’ll be able to add a new task. In case the user has some current ongoing/pending tasks, click on the status of that task, you’ll be directed to a page containing the user’s details. Here, below the user profile, you’ll see an add task button. Click on that and you’ll be able to add a new task.

Yes, you will be able to import existing user data into the CRM. You just have to make sure that the data is stored in a similar format as the sample data that we have provided. Also, the file should be a CSV file.

In your CRM dashboard, you’ll see an import button at the top, next to the new button. When you click on that, you’ll be taken to a page where you will be able to upload files containing your user data. Please make sure that the data you are uploading is stored in a similar format as the sample data that we have provided. You can see the sample data by clicking on the download sample data button below the upload your file button. Also please make sure that the file you upload is in CSV format. Once you have uploaded your user data, you will be redirected to the CRM dashboard where you’ll be able to see all the newly added user data.

In the CRM dashboard, search for the user’s name (to whom you would like to send an email) using the search bar given at the top right corner. Click on either the task icon or the status. You will be taken to a page containing the user’s details. On the right-hand side, under the user’s contact information, you’ll see a ‘Send Mail’ button. Upon clicking, a pop-up window will open where you’ll be asked to input the mail subject and body. We have also provided a set of ready-made templates from which to choose. You can select whichever template suits your purpose and edit it accordingly. Clicking on the ‘Send’ button will send the email to the user.

In order to edit a user profile, search for the user’s name using the search bar given at the top right corner in the CRM dashboard. Click on either the task icon or the status. You will be taken to a page containing the user’s details. On the right-hand side, above the user’s contact information, you’ll see an ‘Edit Profile’ button. Click on that and edit the details according to your liking. Once you are satisfied with the editing, click on the update button. All the changes will be saved.
