Now click the “Search Hosts” option and the page will appear. Search your preferred city in the search tab in the middle of the page. Now select the hotel you wish to do advocacy for out of several options available. Fill out the advocacy application and the job is done. You will receive the information of the reservation made by other customers under your advocacy on mail.

Ans by: Venkata Sai Pavan Jeerla, Once you have added your property details, you can click on the ‘Rooms, Inventory & Tariff’ button in the navbar at the top of the page. Here you will see a list of all the properties that you have added. Along with that, you will see the option ‘Create Room’ on top of your page. When you click on ‘Create Room’, you will be asked to fill all the room details in a form. After filling in the details, click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page. The room details will be added to the property. An alert box will appear on your page, asking you to fill in the tariff details. Click on ok and it will redirect you to the tariff page where you can fill in all the details.

Ans by: Venkata Sai Pavan Jeerla, In the CRM dashboard, search for the user’s name (to whom you would like to send an email) using the search bar given at the top right corner. Click on either the task icon or the status. You will be taken to a page containing the user’s details. On the right-hand side, under the user’s contact information, you’ll see a ‘Send Mail’ button. Upon clicking, a pop-up window will open where you’ll be asked to input the mail subject and body. We have also provided a set of ready-made templates from which to choose. You can select whichever template suits your purpose and edit it accordingly. Clicking on the ‘Send’ button will send the email to the user.

When you click on that, you’ll be taken to a page where you will be able to upload files containing your user data. Please make sure that the data you are uploading is stored in a similar format as the sample data that we have provided. You can see the sample data by clicking on the download sample data button below the upload your file button. Also please make sure that the file you upload is in CSV format. Once you have uploaded your user data, you will be redirected to the CRM dashboard where you’ll be able to see all the newly added user data.

If the user does not have any ongoing/pending tasks, you’ll see a ‘+’ button in the status column. Once you click on that, you’ll be able to add a new task. In case the user has some current ongoing/pending tasks, click on the status of that task, you’ll be directed to a page containing the user’s details. Here, below the user profile, you’ll see an add task button. Click on that and you’ll be able to add a new task

You will be directed to a page containing the task along with user details. You will be able to edit the details of the task here. Click on update after completing the editing and you will be redirected to a page containing all the pending tasks of that particular user. You will also get an option to see all the completed tasks of that user

Click on the New button at the top of the page and fill in all the necessary details. Once you are satisfied with all the information that you have filled, click on the save button at the bottom of the page. If you would like to refill all the details in the form, click on the reset button and all the input fields in the form will be restored. Once you have saved the enquiry form, you will be redirected to the CRM main page where you will be able to see the newly created user and the pending task.

A link will be sent to this id. Go to the link and you’ll get the option to reset your password. Once the new password has been successfully set, you will be able to log into your account using the new password.
