Log into your MyTravaly account. You will be taken to your dashboard. On the left side, there will be a navigation bar. Click on ‘Property’ in the navbar. It will take you to the property section, where you will see another navbar at the top of the page. Click on ‘Property Details’. You will be directed to the Property Details page. Here, you can fill in all the details of your property and then submit the form.

Once you have added your property details, you can click on the ‘Rooms, Inventory & Tariff’ button in the navbar at the top of the page. Here you will see a list of all the properties that you have added. Along with that, you will see the option ‘Create Room’ on top of your page. When you click on ‘Create Room’, you will be asked to fill all the room details in a form. After filling in the details, click on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page. The room details will be added to the property. An alert box will appear on your page, asking you to fill in the tariff details. Click on ok and it will redirect you to the tariff page where you can fill in all the details.

As soon as you add room details and click save, an alert box will appear on your page, asking you to fill in the tariff details. Click on ok and it will redirect you to the tariff page.
In case you were unable to add tariff details while creating room, you can set the tariff details by clicking on the ‘Tariff’ button at the top of the page. This will take you to the tariff page.
Select the property and room that you want to set the tariff for. All the details of the room will be displayed. Click on “Go to Pricing” and add the price and tax details accordingly. Click on save. You have successfully added tariff prices for your property’s rooms.

Go to the ‘Rooms, Inventory & Tariff’ section. Click on the ‘Update Tariff’ button at the top of the page. This will take you to the update tariff page. Select the property and room that you want to set the tariff for and click on “Let’s Update”. Fill in the tariff details, along with the OTAs (Online Travel Agents) where you want the tariff to be updated and the time period or specific date to which the updated tariff must be applied. Click on ‘save’.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Photos in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here, select the property and room for which you would like to upload photos. Then click browse and upload the picture of your choice. We recommend uploading a picture in JPEG or PNG format. Also please make sure that the picture size is smaller than 1MB. Once you have uploaded a picture, you’ll be able to see it by scrolling down. Below the picture, you will see a drop down menu from where you can choose the area of your hotel depicted in the picture.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Amenities in the navbar located at the top of the page. You will be directed to the amenities page. From the drop-down menu, select the property for which you would like to add amenities. For all the amenities available in your property, select the corresponding checkboxes. Click the ‘Save’ button to save the changes.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Policy in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to input your hotel’s cancellation policy along with a few other policies. Don’t forget to save once you’re done adding.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Policy in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to input your hotel’s refund policy along with a few other policies. Don’t forget to save once you’re done adding.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Policy in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to input your hotel’s child policy along with a few other policies. Don’t forget to save once you’re done adding.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Policy in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to input your hotel’s damage policy along with a few other policies. Don’t forget to save once you’re done adding.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Policy in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to input any special/specific restrictions which are part of your property’s policy along with a few other policies. Don’t forget to save once you’re done adding.

You will need the following documents:

  • Incorporation Certificate/Trading License
  • Tax/GST Certificate
  • PAN/Tax Identification number (Not mandatory)
  • Cancelled check

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on Documents in the navbar located at the top of the page. Here you will be able to upload the required documents.
All documents are mandatory except for PAN/Tax Identification number.

In your MyTravaly account, go to the property section. Click on ‘Bank Detail’ in the navbar located at the top of the page. Fill in all your bank details and save. Please note that we will be processing all the payments made by your hotel guests into this account.
