1. Singhshore Bridge 

The second highest bridge in Asia, Singashore Bridge is a must-visit tourist attraction on a Sikkim tour. It has a height of over 100 m (328 ft) and 240 m in length (787 ft). The bridge was constructed in the 2000s and was made of steel and concrete. The bridge is easily accessible by road and is about 25  kilometres away from Pelling. Walk on the bridge and capture the glorious views of mountains and the lowlands, all covered in lush forests. 

When you are done clicking photos and taking in the views of nature, fill yourself with some snacks. There are food stalls on either side of the bridge that serve tasty snacks, tea, and coffee. Small cars and two wheelers still pass through the bridge (but not in very high frequency),  so make sure to give space to them. From here, you can also include an optional visit to the Tenzing Hilary Park that is dedicated to Tenzing Norgay and Sir Edmund Hillary.

2. Rabdentse Ruins 

Visiting the Rabdenstee Ruins means seeing two attractions at one. The first is of course the Rabdenstee Ruins and the second is Sidekeong Tulku Bird Park in which the ruins are located. These ruins aren’t merely a tourist spot, they are a part of Buddhist religious pilgrimage circuit. Rabdentse was the second capital of the Kingdom of Sikkim, but was destroyed in an invasion by the Gurkhas. Now, only the ruins are left narrating the stories of the glorious past  it once had. When you visit here, you will see ruins of palace pillars and chortens in the lush green surroundings. You have to do a small hike of about 1 km to reach the site of Rabdentse Ruins. The views of Mount Kancehjunga from here are also impeccable.

3. Chenrezig Statue & Skywalk Walk Pelling 

Include a visit to a marvellous attraction Chenrezig Statue on your Sikkim trip. The Chenrezing statue is a magnificent statue of the Bodhisattva Chenrezig and it is about 137 ft (42 m) tall. Walk on the Pelling skywalk (India’s first Sky Walk) to reach the Chenrezing statue. A walk on the skywalk or glass-bridge will give you a panoramic view of the lush greenery and beautiful sky. The statue of Bodhisattva is perched on a hill top and set against a beautiful background. It is a significant religious site for many Buddhists and the highest Chenrezing statue in the world.

4. Sanghak Choeling Monastery

Once you are done exploring Pelling Sky Walk, explore Sanghak Choeling Monastery as your next spot. This Buddhist temple in Sikkim is just a 2 minute walk away from Pelling Sky Walk and you will find plenty of tourists visiting the site. The temple has profound serenity and palpable spirituality attached to it. Small in size but big in beauty, this monastery is perched on a hill top and can be reached by doing a small trek. Established in 1701, it is one of the oldest monasteries that you can visit on Pelling, Sikkim tour. Nature lovers and photographers will adore this place as well as its surroundings for its awe-inspiring beauty.  There are 70 steps to climb and after that you will see the monastery. You can sit here, soak in the pace and tranquillity and meditate.

5. Changay/Sangay Waterfalls

Near Pelling town, a beautiful waterfall to visit on Sikkim trip 2025 is Sangay waterfalls. You have to trek to reach the waterfall and as you traverse. The water cascades from the rocky cliff at a height of 100 metres. Falling from such a height, the waterfall creates a misty cloud that refreshes the visitors. Birdwatching, photography, nature walk, meditation or trekking are some of the activities that you can do around the waterfall. It’s a perfect place to find peace amidst the chaos of life. 6. Rimbi Orange Garden
