On the way to Kazbegi, I stopped by Ananuri Fortress, a beautiful ancient fortress by the Zhinvali Reservoir. The blue water of the reservoir against the backdrop of the mountains was stunning.

I tried khinkali (Georgian dumplings) and mtsvadi (grilled meat). The food was fresh, flavorful, and unlike anything i have had before. Georgians love their food, and after tasting it, I understood why!

One of the highlights of my trip was paragliding over the mountains in Gudauri. Floating above the snowy peaks was an experience I will never forget! If you love adventure, this is a must-try.

3. Snowmobile Ride

For those who do not ski, snowmobile rides are another fun way to explore the snowy landscape. It was my first time riding one, and it was a thrilling experience.
