Rajasthan is the largest and the only royal state of our country. This desert island has lot to offer other than hot summer breeze. It is the only destination where you can find magnificent forts and palaces with the rich ancient history. 

Apart from that, you can also find various cool colours in the entire state and this is the reason why it attracts lots of visitors all around the year. Destination is also known for its scenic lakes its beautiful views.

Lake Pichola

The key attraction of Udaipur city is this lake.
Visiting the city and not riding a boat at this lake can turn out to be the most regretful thing on your entire trip. The lake is so beautiful that you might fall in love, the moment you see it. It is surrounded by various islands and famous Jag Mandir of the city is also the part of this lake. Head with your partner or family to undertake a long boat ride here.

Fateh Sagar Lake

This beautiful pride of Udaipur was built under the reign of Maharana in 1960. Surrounded by mountains from three sides is the key reason to visit this spot as boating with this view is a lifetime experience to remember. Spread over 2.4 km lake is beautiful spot to visit amidst the beautiful view of the city.

Jaismand Lake

The lake is known to be Asia’s second largest artificial lake. Earlier it was called as Dehbar and was built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1685. The palace of queen of Udaipur frames the perfect picturesque view of the lake. Lake is located few kms away from the Jaismand Wildlife Century and is the key reason why lots of people get attracted to this spot.

Mansagar Lake

Situated in the vicinity of Nahargarh Hills, Mansagar is the most eloquent lake in the entire state. Jal Mahal is situated in the middle of the lake and it is a beautiful scene to watch, you can stand at banks of the lake known as observatory desk and capture the beautiful moment and architecture. The lake is also home to various migratory birds which can be seen at seasonal intervals.

Pushkar Lake

The name of the lake is enough to reveal the name of the city where it is situated. Pushkar lake is one of the holiest lakes in the country. Surrounded by personal 52 ghats for the Maharajas of India and 500 temples the area around the lake is known for its spirituality. Taking a dip in the holy water of lake can wash away all your sin is a belief. The lake has its name mentioned in the Hindu mythologies since 14th century A.D.

Ana Sagar Lake

This man made is created by Anaji Chauhan, grandfather of Prithviraj Chauhan. Lake captures the picturesque beauty of Ajmer and boating at this lake during the evening is an to do activity as you can witness the beautiful orange sunset. The lake dries up in the month of summer and is a livelihood for the people living nearby.

Kanak Sagar Lake

Situated 67 km away from Bundi, this lake is perfect spot to have a one day excursion. It is also home to different migratory birds. The magnificent fort of Taragarh adds more beauty to this place. Head with your family friends or loved ones to this spot to enjoy the peaceful environment.
